Refund policy

Exchange & Returns:

- If you're not happy with your purchase, please reach out to us at support@opethouse.com within 7 days of receiving your item. We're committed to resolving any concerns you might have. However, given the bespoke nature and the extensive time dedicated to each handcrafted piece, we cannot accept returns. If you wish for further modifications, you can send the item back to us at your cost, and we'll make the necessary adjustments for a reasonable fee.

- Non-quality issues need to bear their own shipping costs.

- To receive a different product or the same product in a different item/color instead, please return your product for a refund, then place a new order online.

- The returned product must be in the exact same condition as the product sold. No labels can be removed privately, and the customer should submit both the original box of the product and all accessories and gifts inside when returning it.

- Returns or exchanges of incomplete, altered, worn, damaged, soiled products will not be accepted by Opet and will be returned to you.

-In the event of a refund for malicious returns (same reason for defect, same product photo, and discrepancy between the returned product and the product sent from the warehouse), Opet will process an exception for the recipient, shipping address, shipping email and account ID of such orders.

-Because the box is not the main body of the goods, Opet does not bear shipping costs for the return of signed orders for damaged boxes.

-The return address will be provided by email after the application is submitted.

Refunds:

  • Upon receipt of a product for which a return or exchange was requested, if the product meets those conditions, an exchange or refund will be issued.

    - Refunds will be issued within 7 to 10 days after the package is received by our service department, which in the original method of payment and in the same currency as purchase.

Cancellation Policy of Custom Item:

We typically begin orders based on the sequence they are received and often procure materials in bulk according to the collective orders. If you decide to cancel before we kick off your project, we'll refund your payment, deducting 15% for material costs. However, if cancellation occurs after we've started, a 50% refund of the total price will be issued. We deeply value your understanding in this matter.
