How do I cancel/modify an order?

  • Once the order is successfully placed on the Opet Houseofficial website, the recipient's information can not be modified after shipment. Also, our goal is to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.

 

  • Therefore, if you want to cancel the order before it is shipped, please send an email to support@opethouse.com to apply for cancellation.

 

  • It should be noted that cancellation of the order is not supported after the order has been shipped.

 

Can I exchange an item if it is unsuitable?

  • Items cannot be exchanged but can be returned.
  • If the product is returned as an Opet House return product and is eligible for a refund, you will receive a full refund and you can select to reorder the appropriate item.

*Products of a Custom Nature cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order. Items that are Custom Printed upon Ordering are Not eligible for Return or Exchange unless the Item is Defective.*

Cancellation Policy of Custom Item:

We typically begin orders based on the sequence they are received and often procure materials in bulk according to the collective orders. If you decide to cancel before we kick off your project, we'll refund your payment, deducting 15% for material costs. However, if cancellation occurs after we've started, a 50% refund of the total price will be issued. We deeply value your understanding in this matter.

How do I measure my pet to find the right size for clothing?

Follow these simple steps to measure your pet accurately:

  1. Neck Circumference: Measure around the base of your pet’s neck where a collar would sit.

  2. Chest Circumference: Measure the widest part of your pet’s chest while they are standing.

  3. Belly Circumference: Measure around the fullest part of your pet’s belly, both while standing and crouching.

  4. Back Length: Measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail while your pet is standing straight and while crouching.

Pro Tips:

  • Add 2-3 cm to the Measurement: To ensure comfort and account for slight variations, add 2-3 cm to your pet’s actual body measurements. This extra space prevents the garment from being too tight.

  • Avoid Compressing Your Pet’s Fur: When measuring, do not press or flatten your pet’s fur. Measure around their body naturally, allowing the fur to sit as it normally would. This ensures a comfortable fit without discomfort.
